We operate a combined total of 195 restaurants, brewery restaurants and entertainment venues. The most notable brands operated by CraftWorks include Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurants, Rock Bottom Restaurants & Breweries and Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom. CraftWorks employs more than 12,000 people and is the largest operator of brewery restaurants with more than 70 locations serving beer that is brewed on-site.
